关于我们Our Story
Love 186 在士古来，2020 年开始做。一开始只做批发 —— 餐厅、咖啡店、火锅店、烧烤档。这些客人对肉很挑：部位要对、厚度要准、规格不能乱。做久了，我们对货的要求就是照他们的标准来。 Love 186 has been running out of Skudai since 2020, trade-only at first — restaurants, kopitiams, steamboat shops, barbecue stalls. Those customers are fussy about meat: the cut has to be right, the thickness exact, the grade consistent. Years of that set the standard we still buy to.
后来来问的家庭客越来越多，可是他们买不到一整箱。所以我们把箱拆开卖 —— 要一公斤也可以，货是同一批，只是量少一点。 Then more and more home customers started asking, and none of them could take a whole carton. So we opened the cartons. Take a single kilo if that is all you need — it is the same stock, just less of it.
产品与价钱Products & Prices
散买按公斤算，同一支买满 10 公斤有配套价。两个价钱都印在卡片上。 Loose stock is priced per kilo; ten kilos of one item gets the bundle price. Both are printed on the card.
牛肉Beef · BF-02
带骨长柄，一片就够两个人。烧烤和西餐厅最常问的一支。Long bone left on — one piece feeds two. The cut people ask for most for barbecue and western kitchens.

油花密，下锅几秒就好。火锅和铁板都用得上。Densely marbled — seconds in the pan is enough. Works for steamboat and teppan alike.
牛肉Beef · BF-07
黑胡椒香草腌好，解冻直接下锅。西餐厅和在家煎都省事。Marinated in black pepper and herbs — thaw and straight into the pan. Saves a step for kitchens and for home cooking.
羊肉Lamb · LB-02
骨头已经剔乾净，上桌好看。西餐厅用得多。Bones already cleaned, so it plates well. Mostly goes to western restaurants.
羊肉Lamb · LB-05
腌过之后羊味更收，煎或烤都行，不用再调味。The marinade tames the lamb. Pan-sear or grill it — no extra seasoning needed.
鸡肉Chicken · CK-05
去骨鸡腿排腌好，煎 6 分钟就上桌。咖啡店和家庭客拿最多。Boneless thigh fillet, already marinated. Six minutes in the pan and it is done. Our biggest seller with kopitiams and home customers.
海鲜Seafood · SF-01
单片真空，解冻一片算一片，不用整包退冰。Vacuum-packed one by one — thaw only what you need instead of the whole pack.
价钱含 SST（如适用），不含运费。牛羊肉与海鲜跟进口价浮动，下单前会再确认一次。整只整条的品项每件重量不同，以实际净重计算。 Prices include SST where applicable and exclude delivery. Beef, lamb and seafood move with import costs and are reconfirmed before every order. Whole items vary piece to piece and are charged on actual net weight.

仓库到冷冻车到你手上，全程 -18°C。有解冻迹象当场拒收，我们换新的。Warehouse to freezer van to your door at -18°C. Signs of thawing — reject it on the spot and we replace it.
零买和批发的价钱都列在网上。同行多数要你先留电话，我们不用。Both the small-quantity and wholesale prices are on the page. Most suppliers make you leave a number first. We do not.
仓库开放参观，约时间就好。做餐饮的都懂，货要自己看过才安心。The warehouse is open to visit by appointment. Anyone in F&B knows you check the goods yourself.

WhatsApp 会自动带上产品、编号和价钱，你不用再打一次。WhatsApp opens with the item, code and price already filled in.
我们对一次品项、数量和送货时间，然后付款。We reconfirm the items, quantity and delivery slot with you, then take payment.
线上付款正在接，接好后可以直接在网站结账。目前先用 WhatsApp 落单。 Online payment is being set up. Until it is live, orders go through WhatsApp.
