冷冻货全程以 -18°C 或更低温度运送。这一页说明送货范围、运费、时间与自取安排。

Frozen goods travel at -18°C or colder the whole way. This page covers where we deliver, what it costs, when it arrives, and how collection works.

1. 送货范围1. Where we deliver

我们以柔佛新山一带为主 —— 士古来、新山、依斯干达布蒂里、古来、士乃、巴西古当一带。其他地区先 WhatsApp 问我们，视订单量与冷链安排而定。

We deliver mainly around Johor Bahru — Skudai, Johor Bahru, Iskandar Puteri, Kulai, Senai and Pasir Gudang. For anywhere outside that, WhatsApp us first; it depends on order size and cold-chain arrangements.

2. 运费2. Delivery charges

运费按送货地区与订单大小计算，我们在确认订单时一并报给您，不会事後才加。订单达到一定金额可以免运费，实际门槛请 WhatsApp 问我们。批发客户谈好固定班次的另议。

The delivery charge depends on the area and the size of the order. We quote it together with your order confirmation — never added afterwards. Orders above a certain value go out free of charge; ask us on WhatsApp what that threshold is for your area. Customers on a standing schedule are quoted separately.

3. 下单截止与送货时间3. Cut-off and delivery times

  • 我们在确认订单时会告诉您出货日期。一般情况下当天确认的订单，下一个工作日出货；遇到缺货或要特别分切的会先跟您讲。
  • 送货时段：周一至周六 9AM - 6PM。周日与公共假期不送货。
  • 司机出发前会用 WhatsApp 通知大概时间。
  • 批发客户可以谈固定送货班次，不用每次重新下单。
  • We give you the despatch date when we confirm the order. Normally an order confirmed today goes out the next working day; if something is short or needs special cutting we tell you first.
  • Delivery window: Mon-Sat 9AM - 6PM. No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
  • The driver sends a WhatsApp with an approximate time before setting off.
  • Wholesale customers can arrange a standing schedule instead of ordering each time.

4. 收货4. Receiving your order

  • 送货时段内必须有人收货。冷冻货不能无人签收放在门口。
  • 请在司机离开前检查包装、温度、品项与重量（见退款政策）。
  • 第一次送达没人收，我们会联络您改期；第二次仍然没人收，可能收取重送费用，而且已解冻的货品不予退款。
  • 收货后请立刻放进冰箱。
  • Someone must be there to receive it. Frozen goods cannot be left at the door.
  • Check packaging, temperature, items and weight before the driver leaves (see the Refund Policy).
  • If nobody is there we contact you to reschedule. A second failed attempt may carry a redelivery charge, and thawed goods are not refundable.
  • Put the goods into a freezer immediately on receipt.

5. 自取5. Self-collection

可以到仓库自取，请先 WhatsApp 约时间，我们好先备货、先分切。地址：No. 5, Jalan Jaya Mas 1/1, Taman Jaya Mas, 81300 士古来, 柔佛，营业时间 周一至周六 9AM - 6PM。自取不收运费。

You may collect from the warehouse — WhatsApp first so we can pick and cut your order. Address: No. 5, Jalan Jaya Mas 1/1, Taman Jaya Mas, 81300 Skudai, Johor, Malaysia, open Mon-Sat 9AM - 6PM. No delivery charge on collection.

6. 延误6. Delays

水灾、道路封闭、冷冻车故障或其他不可抗力可能造成延误。我们会尽快通知您，并提供改期或全额退款。

Flooding, road closures, a freezer-van breakdown or other events beyond our control may cause delays. We tell you as soon as we can and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
