冷冻货品全程以 -18°C 或更低温度运送。这一页说明送货范围、费用、时间与自取安排。

Frozen goods travel at -18°C or colder the whole way. This page covers coverage, charges, timing and self-collection.

1. 送货范围

1. Where we deliver

【待填 —— 请提供实际送货范围】目前配送：柔佛州内（峇株巴辖、麻坡、居銮、新山等）。其他州属请先 WhatsApp 询问，视订单量与冷链安排而定。

【To be provided — actual coverage】We currently deliver within Johor (Batu Pahat, Muar, Kluang, Johor Bahru and surrounding areas). For other states, WhatsApp us first — it depends on order size and cold-chain arrangements.

2. 运费与免运门槛

2. Delivery charges

【待填 —— 请提供实际运费表】运费按地区与订单金额计算，在确认订单时告知。达到指定金额的订单免运费。批发客户的固定班次另议。

【To be provided — actual rate card】Charges depend on area and order value and are confirmed with your order. Orders above a set value are delivered free. Wholesale customers on a standing schedule are quoted separately.

3. 下单截止与送货时间

3. Cut-off and delivery times

  • 【待填】当天 12PM 前确认的订单，可安排隔个工作日送出。
  • 【待填】送货时段：周一至周六 9AM – 6PM。周日与公共假期不送货。
  • 司机出发前会以 WhatsApp 通知大概时间。
  • 批发客户可谈固定送货班次，不用每次重新下单。
  • 【To be provided】Orders confirmed before 12PM are dispatched the next working day.
  • 【To be provided】Delivery window: Monday to Saturday, 9AM – 6PM. No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
  • The driver sends a WhatsApp with an approximate time before setting off.
  • Wholesale customers can arrange a standing delivery schedule instead of ordering each time.

4. 收货

4. Receiving your order

  • 送货时段内必须有人收货。冷冻货品不能无人签收放在门口。
  • 请在司机离开前检查包装、温度与品项（见退款政策）。
  • 第一次送达无人收货时，我们会联络你改期；第二次仍无人收货可能收取重送费用，且已解冻的货品不予退款。
  • 收货后请立即放入冰箱。
  • Someone must be there to receive it. Frozen goods cannot be left at the door.
  • Check packaging, temperature and items before the driver leaves (see the Refund Policy).
  • If nobody is there, we will contact you to reschedule. A second failed attempt may incur a redelivery charge, and thawed goods are not refundable.
  • Put the goods in the freezer immediately on receipt.

5. 自取

5. Self-collection

可以到我们的仓库自取，请先 WhatsApp 约时间以便备货。地址：【待填 完整地址】柔佛 峇株巴辖，营业时间【待填】周一至周六 9AM – 6PM。自取不收运费。

You may collect from our warehouse — WhatsApp first so we can pick your order. Address: 【To be provided — full address】Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia, open 【to be confirmed】Monday to Saturday, 9AM – 6PM. No delivery charge on collection.

6. Delays

水灾、道路封闭、冷链车故障或不可抗力可能导致延误。我们会尽快通知你，并提供改期或全额退款。

Flooding, road closures, vehicle breakdown or other events beyond our control may cause delays. We will tell you as soon as we can and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
