付款资料：付款状态与交易参考号。我们不收集、不储存完整卡号或网上银行密码，那些直接进付款闸道。
技术资料：IP 位址、浏览器类型、到访页面，用于网站运作与流量统计。

Identity and contact: name, phone / WhatsApp number, email, delivery and billing address.
Order data: what you bought, the weight, the price, delivery times and your order history.
Business customer data: company name, SSM number, contact person and their details — trade and bundle customers only.
Payment data: payment status and transaction reference. We do not collect or store full card numbers or banking passwords — those go straight to the gateway.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, for running the Site and understanding traffic.

Payment gateway: the data needed to process an online payment.
Accountants and regulators: where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

订单与发票纪录依税务规定至少保存 7 年。行销用的联络资料，在您要求删除或停止联络之后移除。

Order and invoice records are kept for at least 7 years as tax rules require. Marketing contact details are removed once you ask us to delete them or to stop contacting you.
