这份条款说明您向爱186冷冻食品买货时，双方各自的责任。下单就表示您接受这些条款。写得白一点，是希望您真的看得懂，而不是签了才发现。

These terms set out what you and Love 186 Frozen Food each agree to when you buy from us. Placing an order means you accept them. They are written plainly on purpose — we would rather you understand them now than discover them later.

1. 我们是谁1. Who we are

爱186冷冻食品（Love 186 Frozen Food）是 LOVE 186 CAFE 的营运品牌。LOVE 186 CAFE 是在马来西亚公司委员会（SSM）注册的独资经营（Sole Proprietorship），自 2020 年营业至今。

Love 186 Frozen Food is the trading name of LOVE 186 CAFE, a sole proprietorship registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and trading since 2020.

本网站指 love186frozenfood.com。条款里的「我们」指LOVE 186 CAFE（以爱186冷冻食品名义营运），「您」指下单的人或公司。

"The Site" means love186frozenfood.com. "We" and "us" mean LOVE 186 CAFE, trading as Love 186 Frozen Food; "you" means the person or business placing the order.

2. 我们卖什么、怎么算钱2. What we sell and how it is priced

我们卖冷冻生鲜肉品与海鲜 —— 牛肉、羊肉、鸡肉为主，海鲜为辅。我们不供应猪肉。

We sell frozen raw meat and seafood — beef, lamb and chicken as our main lines, with seafood alongside. We do not supply pork.

价钱以令吉（MYR / RM）标示。网站上每一支产品同时列出两个价钱：

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Every product on the Site carries two prices:

• 配套是按产品算的。10 公斤指的是同一支产品，不能几样凑起来算一个配套。
• 配套价直接印在产品卡片上，同时标出它等于每公斤多少，方便您跟散买比较。
• 价钱已含消费税（SST，如适用），不含运费。运费在确认订单时另行报价。
• 一次订多套，或数量更大的，价钱可以另谈。

• Bundles are per item. The ten kilos must be one product; several different items cannot be combined into a single bundle.
• The bundle price is printed on each product card, together with what it works out to per kilogram so you can compare it against buying loose.
• Prices include SST where applicable and exclude delivery, which is quoted when we confirm your order.
• For several bundles at once, or larger volumes, the price is negotiable.

如果网站上的价钱因为技术问题明显标错（例如少了一个位数），我们保留在确认订单前更正或拒绝该订单的权利。

If a price on the Site is obviously wrong because of a technical fault — a missing digit, for instance — we may correct it or decline the order before confirming.

3. 重量怎么算3. How weight is calculated

论公斤卖，重量就是价钱，所以这一节写清楚。

When goods are sold by weight, the weight is the price — so this section spells it out.

• 以解冻前的净重计算，不含包装、不含冰衣。
• 出货单上会列明每一项的实际净重，与您付的金额一致。
• 整只、整条的品项重量不会刚好。战斧牛扒、法式羊排、三文鱼扒这类货品每件重量不同，网站上写的是大约重量，最终以实秤为准，多退少补。
• 如果实秤重量跟您订的差超过 10%，我们会先联络您确认，才出货。

• We charge on net frozen weight, excluding packaging and glaze.
• The despatch note lists the actual net weight of every line, and that is what you are charged for.
• Whole items never land on a round number. Tomahawks, lamb racks and salmon portions vary piece to piece. The Site shows an approximate range; the final charge follows the actual weight.
• If the actual weight differs from what you ordered by more than 10%, we contact you to confirm before despatch.

4. 下单与确认4. Placing and confirming an order

• 您在网站上按「订购」或用 WhatsApp 传给我们的，是下单请求，还不是成交。
• 我们回覆确认（WhatsApp、电邮或订单讯息）之后，合约才成立。确认里会写清楚品项、公斤数、单价、运费和送货时间。
• 我们可能因为缺货、超出送货范围、价钱标错，或付款无法验证而拒绝订单。已付款的会全额退回。
• 配套订单可能需要先安排库存与送货班次，我们会另外跟您约。

• What you send us — by tapping Order on the Site or messaging us on WhatsApp — is a request to buy, not yet a concluded sale.
• The contract is formed when we reply to confirm. That confirmation states the items, weight, unit price, delivery charge and delivery slot.
• We may decline an order because of stock, delivery coverage, a pricing error, or a payment we cannot verify. Anything already paid is refunded in full.
• Bundle orders may need stock and a delivery slot arranged first; we will contact you to schedule it.

5. 付款5. Payment

• 接受的付款方式会在确认订单时告知，可能包括银行转账、DuitNow、电子钱包，以及线上付款闸道（正在接）。
• 线上付款由第三方付款闸道处理。我们不会收集或储存您的完整卡号或网上银行密码。
• 货品在款项全数结清之前仍属我们所有；风险则在交货或您自取的当下转移给您。
• 有账期的商业客户，逾期未付我们可暂停后续供货。

• Accepted payment methods are given when we confirm your order, and may include bank transfer, DuitNow, e-wallets and an online payment gateway (being set up).
• Online payments are handled by a third-party gateway. We do not collect or store your full card number or banking password.
• Ownership of the goods stays with us until payment clears in full; risk passes to you at the moment of delivery or collection.
• For trade customers on credit terms, we may suspend further supply while an invoice is overdue.

6. 冷冻食品的特别条款6. Frozen food — special terms

这一节跟一般商品不同，请特别留意。

This section differs from ordinary goods — please read it.

• 所有货品是易腐冷冻食品，全程以 -18°C 或更低温度储存与运送。
• 请在司机离开前检查包装、温度和品项。发现解冻、破损或错货，当场拒收并即时告诉我们 —— 这是最快也最乾净的处理方式。
• 货品一经签收并离开冷链（放进您的冰箱、退了冰或已经煮过），基于食品安全我们无法接受退货，除非属品质问题（见退款政策）。
• 包装上的保质期与储存、烹调指示以实物标示为准，请照着做。
• 我们不供应猪肉，但没有清真（Halal）认证。有需要请自行确认是否适合您的用途。

• Everything we sell is perishable frozen food, stored and moved at -18°C or colder.
• Check before the driver leaves — packaging, temperature and items. If anything is thawed, damaged or wrong, reject it on the spot and tell us straight away. That is the fastest and cleanest way to sort it out.
• Once goods are accepted and leave the cold chain — in your freezer, thawed, or cooked — we cannot take them back for food-safety reasons, unless there is a quality defect (see the Refund Policy).
• The shelf life and the storage and cooking instructions printed on the pack are authoritative. Please follow them.
• We do not supply pork, but we are not Halal certified. Please confirm this suits your requirements.

7. 您这一边的责任7. Your responsibilities

• 给对的收货地址、电话和收货时间。资料错了导致送不到，产生的损失或重送费用由您承担。
• 送货时段内要有人收货。冷冻货不能无人签收放门口。
• 收货后请立刻放进冰箱。
• 不得用本网站做违法用途，或干扰网站正常运作。

• Give us the right delivery address, phone number and receiving window. If a delivery fails because those details were wrong, the loss or redelivery charge is yours.
• Someone must be there to receive the goods. Frozen items cannot be left at the door.
• Put the goods into a freezer immediately on receipt.
• Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or interfere with how it works.

8. 责任范围8. Limitation of liability

在法律允许的范围内，我们对任何一张订单的总责任，以您就该订单实际付的金额为上限。我们不负责间接损失、营业中断或利润损失。

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is capped at what you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect loss, business interruption or lost profit.

本条款不会排除或限制我们在《1999 年消费者保护法令》、《1983 年食品法令》等不可排除的法律下应负的责任，也不排除因疏忽造成人身伤亡的责任。

Nothing here excludes or limits our liability under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, the Food Act 1983, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. 不可抗力9. Events outside our control

水灾、停电、冷库或冷冻车故障、罢工、政府命令、行动管制、供应商断货这类我们无法合理控制的情况，导致延误或无法履行，我们不算违约。但我们会尽快通知您，并让您选择改期或全额退款。

If flooding, power failure, a cold-room or freezer-van breakdown, strikes, government orders, movement restrictions or a supplier shortage delays or prevents delivery, we are not in breach. We will tell you as soon as we can and let you choose between rescheduling and a full refund.

10. 智慧财产10. Intellectual property

本网站的文字、图片、版面与商标属我们或授权方所有，未经书面同意不得复制或作商业使用。

The text, images, layout and marks on this Site belong to us or our licensors, and may not be copied or used commercially without written consent.

11. 适用法律11. Governing law

本条款受马来西亚法律管辖，双方同意接受马来西亚法院的非专属管辖。

These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

12. 条款更新12. Changes to these terms

我们可能不时更新本条款，页首会显示最后更新日期。适用于您那张订单的，是您下单当天生效的版本。

We may update these terms from time to time; the last-updated date is shown at the top of this page. The version that applies to your order is the one in force on the day you ordered.
