本条款适用于你使用 love186frozenfood.com（下称「本网站」）以及向 爱186冷冻食品（SSM：【待填 SSM 号码】，下称「我们」）下的每一张订单。下单即表示你接受这些条款。

These terms apply to your use of love186frozenfood.com (the “Site”) and to every order placed with Love 186 Frozen Food (SSM: 【待填 SSM 号码】, “we”, “us”). Placing an order means you accept them.

2. 价钱

2. Prices

  • 所有价钱以马币（MYR / RM）标示，已含消费税（SST，如适用），不含运费。运费在结账或确认订单时另计。
  • 本网站列出两种价钱：单价（散客买一包的价钱）与批发价（达到该产品所列起订量后的每件价钱）。要享有批发价，订单必须达到该产品卡片上所列的起订量。
  • 同一产品类别内可混合不同品项以凑足起订量，除非该产品另有注明。
  • 海鲜、牛肉及羊肉的价钱跟随市场行情浮动。我们会在确认订单前重新报价；如价钱有变而你不接受，可以取消订单，不收任何费用。
  • 网站上的价钱若因技术错误明显有误，我们保留在确认订单前更正或拒绝该订单的权利。
  • All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) and include SST where applicable. They exclude delivery, which is quoted separately at checkout or on order confirmation.
  • The Site lists two prices: the retail price for a single unit, and the wholesale price per unit once the stated minimum order quantity is met. To receive the wholesale price your order must reach the minimum quantity printed on that product.
  • Items within the same product category may be mixed to reach a minimum quantity, unless that product states otherwise.
  • Seafood, beef and lamb prices move with the market. We re-quote before confirming an order; if a price has changed and you do not accept it, you may cancel at no cost.
  • Where a price on the Site is obviously wrong due to a technical error, we reserve the right to correct it or decline the order before confirmation.

  • 你在本网站提交的是下单要约，不是已成立的合约。合约在我们以 WhatsApp、电邮或系统讯息发出订单确认时才成立。
  • 我们可能因缺货、送货范围以外、价钱有误或无法完成付款验证而拒绝订单。若已付款而订单被拒，款项全额退回。
  • 批发订单可能需要先确认库存与送货班次，我们会另行联络。
  • What you submit on the Site is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. The contract is formed when we issue an order confirmation by WhatsApp, email or system message.
  • We may decline an order due to stock, delivery coverage, pricing errors, or failed payment verification. If payment has been taken and the order is declined, it is refunded in full.
  • Wholesale orders may require stock and delivery-slot confirmation; we will contact you separately.

  • 目前接受的付款方式会在结账时列出，可能包括银行转账、DuitNow、电子钱包及线上付款闸道。
  • 线上付款由第三方付款闸道处理。我们不会收集或储存你的完整信用卡、扣账卡或网上银行登入资料。
  • 货品在款项全数结清前仍属我们所有；风险则在交货或自取时转移给你。
  • Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout and may include bank transfer, DuitNow, e-wallets and an online payment gateway.
  • Online payments are handled by a third-party payment gateway. We do not collect or store your full card details or online banking credentials.
  • Title to the goods remains with us until payment is received in full; risk passes to you on delivery or collection.

5. 冷冻食品的特别条款

5. Frozen food — special terms

  • 所有货品为易腐冷冻食品，全程以 -18°C 或更低温度储存与运送。
  • 交货或自取时，请当场检查包装与温度。如发现解冻、破损或错货，请当场拒收并即时通知我们。
  • 货品一经签收并离开冷链（例如已放进你的冰箱或已解冻），基于食品安全理由，我们无法接受退货，除非属品质问题（见退款政策）。
  • 包装上的保质期、储存与烹煮指示以实物标示为准，请依照使用。
  • All goods are perishable frozen food, stored and transported at -18°C or colder.
  • Please inspect on the spot at delivery or collection. If you find thawing, damage or a wrong item, reject it there and then and tell us immediately.
  • Once goods are accepted and leave the cold chain (for example, placed in your freezer or thawed), we cannot accept a return for food-safety reasons, except for quality issues (see the Refund Policy).
  • The shelf life, storage and cooking instructions printed on the packaging are authoritative — please follow them.

  • 提供正确的收货地址、联络电话与收货时间。因资料有误导致无法送达而产生的损失或重送费用，由你承担。
  • 送货时段内需有人收货。冷冻货品不可无人签收放置。
  • 不得为转售以外的非法用途使用本网站，不得干扰网站运作。
  • Provide a correct delivery address, phone number and receiving window. Losses or redelivery charges caused by incorrect details are borne by you.
  • Someone must be present to receive the goods. Frozen items cannot be left unattended.
  • Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or interfere with its operation.

7. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对任何订单的总责任以你就该订单实际支付的金额为上限。我们不对间接损失、营业损失或利润损失负责。本条款不排除或限制我们在《1999 年消费者保护法令》或其他不可排除的法律下应负的责任，也不排除因疏忽导致的人身伤亡责任。

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect loss, business interruption or loss of profit. Nothing here excludes or limits our liability under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. 不可抗力

如因天灾、水灾、停电、冷链设备故障、罢工、政府命令、疫情管制或供应商断货等我们无法合理控制的情况导致延误或无法履行，我们不承担违约责任，但会尽快通知你并提供改期或全额退款。

We are not in breach if delivery is delayed or prevented by events beyond our reasonable control — flooding, power failure, cold-chain equipment failure, strikes, government orders, movement restrictions or supplier shortages. We will tell you promptly and offer a reschedule or a full refund.

The text, images, layout and marks on this Site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written consent.

本条款受马来西亚法律管辖，双方同意受马来西亚法院的非专属管辖。

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
